Matthew Eby is the Founder and CEO of First Street. Under Matthew’s leadership, the company has created numerous first-of-its-kind physical climate risk models that calculate the past, present, and future risk of every property in the United States. The First Street data is integrated with top real estate websites, trusted by over half of the top banks in the country, and utilized by over 30 federal agencies.
Before creating First Street, Matthew was the Senior Vice President of Marketing for The Weather Company. Prior to that, Matthew led brand marketing at BlackBerry for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Matthew holds an Honors Business Commerce degree and a Masters of Business Administration from McMaster University in Canada.
