26-28 September 2005: Following the success of EuropeServicing 2005, EuroCatalyst 2005: Live from Rome, was held at the Rome Hilton hotel.
It featured sessions in both English and Italian with day one spent entirely on exploring the potential of the Italian market in association with the Italian Banking Association.
Days two and three included sessions on the globalization of mortgage markets, cross border lending, risks and rewards of new products, the risks involved in 2005 vintage U.S. sub-prime portfolios (pitting U.S. players against European players in a battle of the markets), house prices, and a deeper exploration into the make-up of covered bonds.
