Patrick has more than 25 years of banking experience in a number of executive capacities and in a variety of legal structures and regulatory environments. He began his banking career with The Bank of New York as a credit trainee in 1984. Over the next 14 years, he held several roles, including President of both BNY's mortgage banking company and President of BNY's Real Estate Investment Trust. For a brief period in 1988 and 1999, Pat joined Participants Trust Co., the sole depository for GNMA securities, and served as the first Chief Credit Policy Officer for this newly formed industry joint venture. After returning to The Bank of New York in 1989, Pat managed the bank's residential mortgage origination business and facilitated the sale of 51 percent of BNY Mortgage Company to a predecessor of EverBank in 1998. In 2005, Pat joined MortgageIT as Chief Operating Officer and led the MortgageIT side of the transition team during the Deutsche Bank acquisition. Pat joined Deutsche Bank in March 2008 with responsibility for pursuing a national banking charter. He became Head of the Independent Control Office (ICO) and assumed responsibility for U.S. Bank Regulatory relationships effective Oct. 1, 2008. In July 2009, Pat returned to the mortgage side of Deutsche Bank becoming the Global Head of Mortgage Finance for RMBS.

Dale has over 34 years of experience in the default servicing and real estate services industry. Since 2000, he has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Field Asset Services (FAS). His principal centered leadership has driven FAS to become an industry leader in national field service preservation, REO construction and maintenance. His success can be attributed to his loyal clientele and routine practice of "doing the right thing" and executing on the golden rule. FAS currently employs close to 600 employees from its corporate office in Austin, TX. Prior to FAS, Dale served in a senior executive capacity in REO administration operations for companies such as Calmco, a sub-prime default mortgage servicer and Lomas Mortgage USA, the nation's largest and oldest mortgage company at that time.
