Joshua is a US real estate expert and founder of Omicelo. Prior to forming Omicelo, Joshua led US housing research for Goldman Sachs through the Great Recession from 2009 to 2013. He spent 2005-2009 as a critical member of Goldman’s universal research team that found equity capital markets opportunities in real estate, engineering & construction and 8 other industrial sectors. During his time at Goldman Sachs Joshua led the $1 billion IPO of Realogy, received numerous awards including an addition to Forbes’ 30 under 30 list and he was the youngest person in Goldman Sachs’ history to lead a research team.
