Mr. Zeeman serves as Chief Executive Officer of Main Street Renewal LLC and oversees all aspects of Main Street Renewal’s business including property acquisition, asset management, and property management.
Mr. Zeeman has over 20 years of financial services and operations experience, including prime and non-prime consumer and mortgage lending servicing, real estate portfolio management, information technology strategy, and consumer finance sales operations. He most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer of HSBC US where he led the US Bank’s $1B cost reduction and regulatory control transformation program. In his 15 year career at HSBC, Mr. Zeeman served in various management, strategic leadership and business development roles including Deputy CEO for HSBC Singapore, Chief Servicing Officer for Consumer & Mortgage Lending, EVP for Mortgage Sales and EVP for Credit Card Operations.
