Mr. McGill is a principal and the Director of Research at Zelman & Associates, responsible for the development and oversight of the firm’s macro research and sector coverage of the apartment, building products, homebuilding, homecenter, mortgage, real estate services, single-family rental and title industries. Prior to Zelman, Dennis was employed by Credit Suisse Group in New York as a Senior Associate Analyst. He earned a Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Economics and a Master of Accounting from the University of Michigan. Dennis also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation, is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and is certified with the Series 7, 24, 63, 86 and 87 licenses.
