Ben Graboske

Ben is senior vice president of Real Estate & Financial Services for CoreLogic. He is responsible for leading the Capital Markets, Mortgage Analytics, and Realtor solutions businesses. All three businesses are market leaders in their respective industries. Ben also leads the economics team which analyzes real estate and housing finance topics and presents written research to the press and academic communities.

Under Ben’s leadership, CoreLogic has introduced many innovative products and solutions, including the Partner InfoNet MLS revenue sharing initiative, Vector continuous blind testing, Vector Securities, ValueMap and ListSource. Also under Ben’s leadership, CoreLogic established itself as the dominant automated valuation model (AVM) provider in the U.S. and Australia. Ben assists in guiding the company’s mergers, acquisitions and expansions into new markets. Ben led the acquisition of TaraSoft in 2011. Recently, he was named one of Inman’s 100 Most Influential Real Estate Leaders. He has been with the company since joining First American Real Estate Solutions in 2003.

Before joining CoreLogic, Ben managed a portfolio of mortgage and analytics technology products as vice president of Interthinx (a Verisk company), and served as chief information officer prior to that for Move, Inc., a leader in online real estate and operator of the Move Network of real estate websites for consumers and real estate professionals. Ben also previously worked for the New York Times, where he created the newspaper’s first online article delivery and advertising website, www.nytimes.com, and for IBM, where he developed and launched its first-ever website, www.ibm.com.

Ben holds bachelor of arts degrees in Physics and French from the University of California, Berkeley.
