Andrew is a financial innovator and a leader in the development of financial research and analytics. He has worked extensively on mortgage-backed securities product development, valuation and hedging. He is president and founder of Andrew Davidson & Co., Inc., a consulting firm specializing in the application of analytical tools to investment management. Andrew created the VectorsTM suite, a set of proprietary analytical tools including prepayment and option-adjusted spread (OAS) models for fixed-rate mortgages, adjustable-rate mortgages, collateralized mortgage obligations (CMOs), and for asset-backed securities (ABS). He also developed the Flow Uncertainty Index (FLUX), which is used by insurance regulators to assess the risk of CMO portfolios. For six years Andrew worked at Merrill Lynch, where he was a Managing Director in charge of a staff of 60 financial and system analysts. In this role, he produced sophisticated analytical tools including prepayment and option-adjusted spread models, portfolio analysis tools, and was also responsible for the development of trading systems for the mortgage desk covering ARMs, CMOs, pass-throughs, IOs/POs and OTC options. Previous to his present role, Jim served as the head of AHMSI’s Default Administration Area. Prior to AHMSI, Jim served as Senior Vice President of Option One Mortgage from April 2002 through April 2008. Jim has held many senior level servicing positions, including Head of Servicing for HomeSide Lending’s Australian Servicing Operation from 2000 to 2002. From 1996 to 2000, he served as Senior Vice President- Default Administration for HomeSide Lending in Jacksonville, Florida. He has led the development of Amherst’s loan level diagnostic system (ALIAS), which is widely recognized for its predictive analytics. Judge Rizzo was appointed to the Court of Common Pleas bench in Philadelphia in 1998 by then Governor Tom Ridge. Since that time, she has served in the Trial Division in both the Criminal and Civil Programs and now sits in the Civil Major Trial Program. After receiving her B.A. in Public Policy and Italian Literature at The University of Pennsylvania, she completed her legal studies at Temple University School of Law. Judge Rizzo worked in both the public and private sectors prior to her tenure on the bench serving first with the City Solicitor’s Office and then with the law firm of Rawle & Henderson. The Judge is also active in the Temple American Inn of Court and the Justinian Society. Since the spring of 2008 Judge Rizzo has been involved with the development and oversight of the First Judicial District’s Residential Mortgage Foreclosure Diversion Pilot Program which mandates that no residential owner-occupied property in Philadelphia may go to Sheriff’s sale without a Conciliation Conference being held. The Conferences bring together homeowners, lenders’ counsel, pro bono attorneys and housing counselors in an effort to keep City residents in their homes.

Prior to joining Merrill Lynch in 2006, Tim was Head of the Financial Institutions Group (FIG), Northern Europe and Head of Covered Bonds at ABN Amro. He has had a series of senior appointments at various institutions in a career that started as a graduate trainee in the international banking division of Samuel Montagu in 1981. He is a founding member of the European Covered Bond Council’s steering committee, working on several sub-committees. He is also a member of the FSA/ UK Treasury Covered Bond Standing Group and the ASF covered bond lobby group in the U.S.

Immediately prior to assuming this position, he served as Assistant Secretary for Housing at the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), and Federal Housing Administration (FHA) Commissioner, appointed by President Obama and confirmed by the U.S. Senate in July of 2009. In his most recent role, Commissioner Stevens had direct responsibility for oversight and administration of the FHA insurance portfolio, which includes multifamily housing, insured health care facilities and well over 25 percent of mortgages in the domestic single family market. His responsibilities extended to other regulatory programs within HUD, including those governed by the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA) and the Secure and Fair Enforcement Mortgage Licensing (SAFE) Act. Dennis is president and CEO of Fort Worth-based Residential Credit Solutions, Inc., which he set up in 2007 with private equity firm Equifin Capital. He was previously president and COO at Saxon Capital, Inc. and ran the company’s servicing operations until it was sold to Morgan Stanley in late 2006. Dennis joined Saxon in 1994 as President and CEO of its affiliate Saxon Mortgage Services, Inc., to build the company’s sub-prime mortgage servicing operation. He led the growth of the platform from a staff of 18 employees servicing less than $1 billion in assets to 300 professionals servicing approximately $12 billion in assets. Prior to joining Saxon, Dennis led the liquidation efforts of Goldome Credit Corp., a subprime lending and servicing subsidiary of the failed Goldome Bank, for Niagara Portfolio Management.

Ted was sworn in as President of Ginnie Mae on Feb. 24, 2010, bringing with him more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage, banking, and securities industries. As President of Ginnie Mae, Ted operates a multi-billion dollar corporation, administer the mortgage-backed securities program, and oversee enterprise-wide risk management initiatives including capital market activity. Prior to his appointment as President, Ted served as Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at the National City Mortgage Co. for more than 20 years. There, his responsibilities included pipeline hedging, pricing, loan sales, loan delivery, and credit guideline exceptions. While at NCM, the company's annual loan sales grew from $1 billion in 1989 to $106 billion in 2003. During his tenure, NCM never experienced a loss.
